Can I import Personal Protective Equipment [PPE] into Australia?
Before a decision can be made as to whether your PPE can be imported to Australia, you will need to apply with the TGA to have your goods added to the ARTG; this is a detailed and complex process [for which we can assist with]. If you do receive approval, the goods can be imported. If you do not have approval – the goods cannot be shipped to Australia until approval has been granted.

If your goods are required to be on the ARTG and they have not been approved for inclusion to the ARTG and if the goods have arrived in Australia – the goods can be seized by the Australian Border Force [ABF].
