Platinum® has a dedicated team assigned to importers and exporters who move precious metals, precious stones and or jewellery into or out of Australia.

We assign our Titanium customers with a 24 hour dedicated service team who handle all facets of their customs clearance and freight forwarding in regards to precious metals, precious stones and or jewellery.

As our Titanium customers are quite often in a different time zone – most often transacting up until the very last day before they fly – we are aware that they require our attention before they board the flight out of or into Australia.

Titanium is limited to those customers who have shown a commitment by tenure and expenditure with Platinum®; Titanium customers are invited to this next level of dedication.
