AIR FREIGHT LCL PERSONAL EFFECTS

When your personal effects arrive by air freight, the airline terminal allows a short period of time before storage starts. Platinum® Freight attempts to clear your personal effects as soon as the cargo has been checked-in.
We aim to have all paperwork provided by you before the shipment departs for Australia. We provide a detailed list of the files that we will need for you to email us so that we can start the process.
Once the goods arrive, they will be checked-in at the airline terminal, then we will arrange for Quarantine to inspect the goods. Once the goods have been released we will then advise you

1) where to collect the goods or
2) we will quote you to deliver the goods to you
