Platinum® Freight today succesfully secured new business with an electronics importer; the new customer plays an important role in supplying electronic goods within the marketplace.
The importer who is located within 2 kilometres of Platinum® Freight decided to give us the opportunity to customs clear their cargo as their previous brokers were not attentive to their needs and were not able to deliver the time sensitive cargo on-time.
Peter McRae, Customs Broker has commenced the implementation stage; this will involve assessing past shipments and to also assess cost reducing opportunities on all future shipments.
Our Logistics Manager has secured preferential transport costings so that the new relationship “takes off to a flying start…”
