Platinum® Audit Review Service [PARS]

All importers have responsibilities to the Australian Border Force [ABF]; those responsibilities include Section 243T and Section 243U of the Customs Act 1901.

You may only import once a year or you may import once a week, a customs broker only knows you from how many shipments you require them to process on your behalf.

There are responsibilities upon importers;  both monetary and non-monetary responsibilities which you need to follow diligently.

We offer a PARS to determine if your previous file/s are accurate and if all due-diligence have been actioned by your previous customs broker.

Every day we see and hear importers being exposed to errors from other customs brokers who process air freight, sea freight LCL or sea freight FCL shipments

Platinum® offers a PARS where we will assess the whole file and advise if all is in order or if any issues may have been overlooked.

We are the only customs brokerage who provides a PARS; we have been in business for over 20 years and we know how to review a file with scrutiny.

A PARS is a fee for service.

Platinum® Costs Review Service [PCRS]

Every day we see and hear the horror stories of importers paying too much for Less than a Container Load port charges in Australia. Platinum® offers a PCRS where we will assess the shipment and advise you what you should have paid; this assists you in two ways: 1) to save costs on the next shipment, and 2) to remain competitive in a competitive market environment.

We would require the complete file which should consist of all shipping papers from your supplier and all emails from the shipping company / freight forwarder in Australia.

We are the only customs brokerage who provides a PCRS; we have been in business for over 20 years and we know how to save you money.

In reflecting upon one PCRS, we could have saved the importer $2,000 in port charges – if they had known about our service.

A PCRS is a fee for service.
