This week we welcomed onboard a customer who resides in Thailand and who would be in Australia for 5 days (the customer was referred to as via word of mouth).
The customer was travelling with a large amount of stock in her possession and was unsure of the Australian Customs procedures.
Platinum® Freight was able to perform all of the necessary paperwork with Australian Customs and was able to pre-clear the items before she arrived into Australia; when she did arrive into Australia she enjoyed an expedited release through the airport and onto her hotel.
It just goes to show that there are no barriers in building relations beyond the borders…
